A new website for Brooklyn’s favorite little witch shop
Catland Books, fondly referred to as “Brooklyn’s favorite little witch shop," offers an expansive interfaith space that provides resources, supplies, education, experience and a vibrant, inclusive community free from judgement. Catland approached us because they were facing a couple major business issues. Firstly, they were only selling merchandise in a physical location and did not have an e-commerce presence. This greatly limited their reach and revenue potential (especially during covid). Secondly, they offer a range of services, and their original booking system (hosted on Square) did not allow for custom scheduling and direct communication with the client's select Reader. Our custom Shopify site was a game-changer. Our work resulted in significantly increased sales and appointment bookings across the board as well as garnered more 5 star reviews due to better user experience.

We designed and developed a new website in Shopify, transferring them from their previous Squarespace site. This set them up for e-commerce success, improved user experience, and scalability.
Calendly Booking Setup and Integration
In order to make it very easy for clients to book readings, we launched a company Calendly system where each team member has their own calendar, personal schedule, and custom client onboarding experience. Clients can now book appointments and communicate with the Reader directly.
